Many of our frontline positions, including Team Leaders, are classified as Specified Callings.  To be appointed in one of these roles, you must have a relevant tertiary qualification. This may be a Bachelor or Qualifying Master of Social Work, or a Bachelor of Psychology (4 years). Other qualifications in a relevant Human Services area may also be considered.

Your qualification will be assessed in line with our Child Protection Qualifications Framework, if you apply for one of these positions.
