Salary and Conditions for Child Protection Support Roles

We offer a competitive salary with yearly increases, with most child protection support roles receiving salaries as outlined in the Public Service and Government Officers CSA General Agreement 2017.

Case Support Officers, Customer Liaison Officers and Parent Visitors are all at level 2 , attracting a salary of $61,172 - $66,256 p.a.
Youth and Family Support Workers are classified as level 2/4, attracting a salary of $61,172 - $82,797 p.a.

Our Family Resource Employees operate under the Family Resource Employees & Parent Helpers General Agreement 2014. They are at level 1 , with starting salary dependent on age until the age of 21. For employees over 21 years of age, the salary range is $48,349 - $59, 376 p.a.
