Qualifications for Child Protection Support Roles

A tertiary qualification is not required for our child protection support roles, however, can provide an entry pathway for those who are seeking to work and study towards a relevant qualification.

In some instances – such as with the Case Support Officer – a Certificate III or IV in Community Services Work (or equivalent) is desirable, but not a requirement.
