Aboriginal Practice Leaders can progress into various roles, including strategic policy and consultancy positions in different areas across the Department.

Employees who wish to progress to leadership roles in the district, such as Team Leader, Senior Practice Development Officer or Assistant District Director roles, are encouraged to acquire a qualification that will meet the requirements for Specified Calling.
